What we use today

The site stores your chosen display currency in local storage so it can format numbers the way you prefer on your next visit. That preference is not an account identifier and is not sent to our calculator backend. Google AdSense publisher code is also installed on normal pages for publisher verification, site review and, once approved, advertising. When that code loads, Google may access or set cookies or similar technologies depending on region, consent state and Google's policies.

Strictly necessary

Technologies required for the site to work securely and remember basic preferences such as your currency selection. These cannot be switched off without breaking functionality.

Analytics

If an analytics provider is configured, it may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure aggregate usage, such as which pages are visited and how the site performs.

Advertising

Google AdSense may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to deliver, secure and measure advertising once the site is approved. Personalised advertising is only appropriate where the applicable consent and regional requirements allow it.

Consent

Where consent is legally required for advertising or other non-essential technologies, the applicable consent controls must be completed before that processing is enabled. A Google-certified consent management platform can provide those choices for AdSense. When a site-level privacy-choice control is enabled, the footer will provide a way to reopen those choices.

Controlling cookies in your browser

All major browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage in their privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may mean your currency preference is not remembered, but the calculators will continue to work.
